Q: Do you offer routine lawn mowing, tree trimming, or bush maintenance?

 A: To ensure we provide the highest quality craftsmanship, we specialize exclusively in full-scale outdoor transformations and specialized installations. Because of this focus, we do not offer routine lawn care services like weekly mowing, tree limbing, or bush trimming. Instead, we channel all our expertise into custom landscaping, retaining walls, irrigation systems, flower bed cleanups, and seasonal holiday lighting.

Q: Can you help me fix or upgrade an existing irrigation system?

A: Absolutely. Whether you need a completely new, water-efficient smart system installed or your existing system needs a major overhaul, repairs, or seasonal adjustments, our team has you covered.

Q: How frequently does an irrigation system need maintenance?

A: We highly recommend servicing your system three times a year: Spring, Summer, and Fall. Regular check-ups catch hidden underground leaks early, prevent water waste, and protect your system from freezing and cracking during the cold winter months.

Q: Can you give me a price quote over the phone or if I send you pictures?

A: To ensure we give you the most honest and accurate pricing possible, we do not offer quotes over the phone or based purely on photos. Every property, soil type, drainage situation, and project scope is entirely unique. We prefer to inspect your property in person so we can thoroughly evaluate the job, identify any hidden challenges, and provide you with an exact, guaranteed price.

Q: Do you schedule the job right after I accept the quote?

A: No, a job is only scheduled after we receive a 50% deposit. Accepting the estimate lets us know you want to move forward, but the deposit is what officially secures your spot on our calendar.

Q: Do you clean up the property after the project is finished?

A: Absolutely. We treat your property with the same respect we would our own. Our crew always does a thorough cleanup at the end of every project. This means we haul away all debris, sweep down driveways and walkways, and ensure everything is clean and looking pristine before we pack up our trucks. When we leave, the only sign we were there will be your beautiful new landscape!
