Schedule Your Free Estimate
Contact 405 Outdoor Living to schedule a convenient time for one of our experienced contractors to visit your property. We'll discuss your project goals and inspect the area to determine the best solution.
Receive Estimate
After the consultation, we'll send you a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work and project cost. You'll have the opportunity to review everything and decide whether you'd like to move forward.
Submit Your Deposit
To reserve your project, we'll collect your required deposit. You can:

Pay by check (our office can arrange pickup)

Pay online by credit or debit card (4.5% processing fee; American Express 5%)

Pay by ACH bank transfer (1% processing fee)
Utility Locate (811)
Before any digging begins, we submit an 811 utility locate request. Local utility companies will mark underground utility lines to help ensure your project is completed safely and without damaging existing utilities.
Cleanup & System Testing
Before leaving your property, our team thoroughly cleans the work area, removes construction debris, and tests your new drainage system or outdoor installation to ensure everything is functioning properly. We don't consider the job complete until your property is clean and your system is working as intended.

On-Site Consultation
Our contractor will meet with you, evaluate your property, take measurements, and answer any questions. This allows us to create an accurate estimate tailored to your project.
Approve Your Estimate
Once you've reviewed the estimate, simply approve or decline it. If approved, our office team will contact you to discuss the next steps.
Project Scheduling
Once we receive your deposit, your project is added to our construction schedule, and we'll provide you with your estimated installation date.

Installation Day
On your scheduled project date, our team arrives ready to complete your project with quality workmanship, attention to detail, and respect for your property.
Final Walkthrough & Payment
We'll walk you through the completed project, answer any final questions, and make sure you're completely satisfied with the finished results. Final payment can be made by check to our team or securely online using your preferred payment method.
